Welcome to Turner Travel.
By using our website or making a booking through us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Who We Are

Turner Travel is an independent travel agency operating under the umbrella of Medlife Holidays Ltd, a UK-registered company (9931578) and a member of the Protected Trust Services (PTS No. 6352), providing full financial protection for your booking.

All travel arrangements booked through Turner Travel are made in accordance with UK Package Travel Regulations and are financially protected through Medlife Holidays’ PTS trust account.

2. Our Role

Turner Travel acts as a retail agent for ATOL-protected tour operators, airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract with the relevant supplier (e.g., Jet2holidays, TUI, easyJet Holidays, etc.) and subject to their own booking conditions.

We ensure that all suppliers we work with are reputable and financially protected, but your contract will be directly with the supplier named on your booking confirmation.

3. Financial Protection

All client payments are paid into a PTS trust account held in the name of Medlife Holidays Ltd.
This means your money is completely protected until your holiday has been fulfilled.
You will receive a PTS certificate with every booking confirming your financial protection details.

If flights or packages are booked through an ATOL holder, you will also receive an ATOL certificate confirming your protection.

4. Deposits and Payments

  • Deposit amounts vary depending on the supplier.

  • Full balance is usually due between 10–12 weeks before departure, unless stated otherwise.

  • Failure to pay your balance on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

  • Prices are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.

All payments must be made in GBP via secure bank transfer or card payment to the PTS trust account.

5. Cancellations and Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact Turner Travel as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms depend on your travel supplier’s policy.
We will always act on your behalf to minimise any charges where possible, but we are bound by the supplier’s conditions once the booking is confirmed.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to:

  • Check your passport validity (most countries require at least 6 months remaining).

  • Ensure you have the correct visas and travel documents for your destination.

  • Obtain adequate travel insurance before travelling.

Turner Travel can provide general guidance, but final responsibility rests with the traveller.

7. Travel Advice

We recommend checking the latest Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) travel advice before departure: www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice.

We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from failure to follow official travel guidance.

8. Complaints

We always aim to deliver outstanding service.
If you experience a problem during your holiday, please report it immediately to the local supplier and to Turner Travel so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

If unresolved, please email a written summary to turnertravel@medlifeholidays.com within 28 days of your return.

Complaints received outside this timeframe may be harder to investigate.

9. Liability

Turner Travel acts as an agent only and is not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers or third parties.
Our responsibility is limited to arranging your booking and ensuring your money is properly protected.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including weather disruptions, airline delays, natural disasters, or political events.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Turner Travel and Medlife Holidays Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

We do our best to ensure all information on this site is accurate and up-to-date, but errors can occur.
Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously.
Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
